Refund Policy

Short version: If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription payment, email us at support@expoze.in and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment
  • You have not requested a refund for a previous Expoze subscription

Refunds are not available for renewal payments (subsequent billing cycles after the first).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@expoze.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for unused time in a cancelled subscription.

Refund: A refund returns the payment amount to you and immediately terminates your subscription access.

4. Technical Issues

If you were charged but unable to access your subscription due to a technical error on our end, please contact support@expoze.in immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund or credit as appropriate, regardless of the 7-day window.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are subject to Razorpay's processing timelines. Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5–7 business days. UPI refunds typically take 2–3 business days.
